The 8a's were undefeated, winning the championship game 13-4 over Ingomar.
The Tournament MVP was Dan Stas, The Homerun Derby was won by Austin Butler, with Jordan Kempka finishing as the runner up. Congratulations to the 8a team for a job well done.

Congratulations to the WPLL Boys 8A team on their first place finish in the West Point tournament, beating a tough Plum in final, 2-0. Thanks to all of our coaches, and to our parents who did a great job of decorating our field and cheering for us, giving us a true "home field advantage."

The West Point Boys 8A All-Star team has had a great postseason so far, taking third place in the PAL tournament and capturing First Place at Penn Township.

11-12 y/o Boys Win P.A.L. Tournament,
during tournament play West Point placed 1st, then defeated everyone in play offs and won the Championship game against West Hempfield 8 to 4 in 7 innings.

Tournament - Boys 9A win PT
The West Point 9A team was victorious over Plum in the Championship game in the Penn Trafford tournament. The 9A's rolled through the PT tournament undeafeted taking Plum in the Championship game 8-0. Zach Kokoska, Jared Kollar and Jake Rife dominated on the mound allowing only 1 hit and 4 base runners for Plum in the outing.

Tournament - Boys 9A Win CannonMac
In thrilling, come from behind fashion, beat Mt Lebanon in the bottom of the sixth inning with two outs to win the championship in the Canon-Mac tournament.
Tony Aiello drew a crucial 1 out walk to spark the rally. Tanner Madden hit a hard shot to third which forced Tony Aiello off at second. With two outs and Madden on first, Jacob Rife hit a double to the left field fence scoring Madden from first with Rife andvancing to third on the the throw home. Next up, Zach Kokoska sealed the vicotry with a hard hit smash to the left side of the infield that was knocked down by Mt. Lebanon's shortstop with no throw, scoring Rife and bringing home the victory and the tournament championship.
