8. Not getting the bunt down.
9. Not backing up the play.
10. Not calling for a fly ball.
11. Taking a third called strike.
12. Not getting the sure out.
13. Not hustling at all times.
14. Not being mentally prepared to play.
15. Pitchers throwing too many balls; falling behind in the count.
16. Taking plays off; too many errors.
17. Not focused in the dugout.
