Billerica Pop Warner hosts Bingo as a fundraiser every Wednesday evening at the Billerica Elks. This fundraiser takes place all year long. We host this fundraiser to help keep our reigstration fees low. Without this Bingo fundraiser, our registration fees would easily cost each child $250.00 instead of $85.00.
Billerica Pop Warner hosts Bingo as a fundraiser every Wednesday evening at the Billerica Elks. We host this fundraiser to keep our registration fees low. Without this Bingo fundraiser, our registration fees would approximately cost each child $250.00 instead of $85.00.
Every parent is given the opportunity to either WORK ONE BINGO (details are listed below) or PLAY BINGO FOUR TIMES. If you play Bingo four times, you will receive the same credit as if you worked Bingo.
If you decide to work Bingo, every parent is responsible for working Bingo beginning April 1, 2009. There are two shifts to work: the first shift (which is from 5:00pm to 9:00pm) or the second shift (which is from 7:00pm to close). If you work the first shift, you need to arrive as close to 5:00pm as possible. If you work the second shift, closing is usually around 10:00pm. You will be given a date as to when you are responsible to work your Bingo.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon arrival please check in with a Billerica Pop Warner Staff Member. In order to receive credit for PLAYING or WORKING your Bingo, you will need to sign in. (If you fail to sign in, you will not receive credit.) Don't worry if you have never worked at Bingo, there are staff members available to show you what is expected.
IF YOU DO NOT FULFILL YOUR BINGO OBLIGATIONS, YOU WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $200.00 AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER THE FOLLOWING YEAR UNTIL THAT BILL IS PAID.
