Tee Ball thru American Registration is Now Closed

Minor - American seasons begin the end of April and T-Ball and Rookie begins in early May.

National League registration has been Extended - Register Now

We have been having a few problems when registering and trying to go to the "payment" screen. You may need to use a different "browser" to make your payment. There are issues with Internet Explorer. It is recommended that you use Edge, Chrome, or Firefox instead.

Eligibility: Any youth who lives in the Town of Clarence and/or in the Clarence School District and who meets the age restrictions is eligible to participate in one of the TCBA Leagues. (see town/school map)

On-line registration is the preferred method for all registrations. Click the link above to register and pay by credit card through StackPay. Players may also register by mail. New players are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate.

If you are a new player, you can still register online and mail or email a copy (pdf or jpeg) of your child's birth certificate or print out the registration form and mail everything with your payment.

2024 FEES & LEAGUES

Registration Fee Includes additional $100 Concession Volunteer Fee.

Refunded after time served or you are a coach volunteer

$125.00 + $100.00 = $225.00 Tee Ball

$125.00 + $100.00 = $225.00 Rookie

$150.00 + $100.00 = $250.00 Minor

$150.00 + $100.00 = $250.00 Major

$150.00 + $100.00 = $250.00 American

$150.00 National (no concession fee)

NOTE: Sibling discount: Pay full fee for the oldest player, each additional add $75.00.
Please register on time! Late registrations must pay a $10 late fee and may not be guaranteed a roster spot.

If your league is full, your registration fee will be returned to you.

Except for Tee Ball & Rookie League, we DO NOT honor requests to play with friends or for carpooling reasons.

Waiver Procedure
There is an option to waive a player up or down from the league their age group is assigned. This is at the discretion of the TCBA Board and League Directors. Waivers are not guaranteed and may be denied. Give an explanation on the registration form why you request a waiver so it can be considered. The league director will notify you if the waiver was granted or not. If there is a valid reason and there is room in the league, the waiver could be granted. Safety of the player requesting the waiver and that of the players in the affected leagues is the primary concern.

COACHES NEEDED: The Town of Clarence Baseball Association is an entirely volunteer organization and is dependent upon parental support to be successful. Please make an investment in our kids and indicate where you can contribute to our program, whether it be as a head coach, an assistant coach, purchasing a business sign, or serving on the TCBA board.
