TEAM PARENT

Works as a liason between coaches, board and team parents. Communicates all important information and dates are given to parents in a timely manner. Helps coordinate end-of-year awards/party. Works with equipment manager to make sure all equipment is turned in after last game. (1)Attend Team Parent meeting at beginning of season. (2)Be in attendance & available to parents at respective team practices and games. (3)Communicate event information to the team and their parents. (4)Communicate & manage league fundraisers for team. (5)Police the fields for cleanliness during and after games and practices. (6)Make phone calls to repsective team player regarding practices, games events, etc.. (7)Organize chain gang, down marker & concession volunteers for games.

CONCESSIONS

STAND VOLUNTEERS....Prepare and serve food, accept monies and make change. Volunteer must be 16 years of age. Schedule will be provided by the Team Parent.
CONCESSION SET UP CREW....Arrive 1.5 hours early(8:30ish) (teams need to arrive 1 hour early prior to game time), set up tent, tables, cooking appliances etc. Organize food items and prepare them for sale. Set up apparel items and prepare them for sale. Set up Announcer and Scoreboard Table. Hang up all sponsor banners. Set up sideline roping. Set out garbage cans for both sidelines.
TEAR DOWN CREW....At the conclusion of the game, begin to wrap up hotdogs, pizza, or other food items. Consolidate remaining drinks into one cooler. Dump out balance of coolers & wipe out w/disinfectant cloth. Pack non-perishable food items in a cooler. Santize tabe cloths and tables; break down tables and put away. Take down tents and put away. Break down score table, take down banners and sideline ropes. Take garbadge cans to the dumpster area. Walk the field and pickup trash.

MUSIC

One individual per game will play music during pre-game, time-outs, and will help with the half-time cheerleading presentation.

GAME DAY ANNOUNCER

One individual is needed to announce over the PA System player names and number during the games as special plays take place and all the players and cheerleaders prior to the start of the game. This is needed for the entire game. Announce sponsorship and concession stand items before game and during half time.

GAME CLOCK

One individual is needed to keep the time clock and the scoreboard in the announcer's booth. This is needed for the entire game. Works with the announcer in the booth at home games only - starts and stops clock per on-field instructions. Training will be provided.

CHAINS AND DOWN MARKERS

Fun position, the chain and down marker volunteer consists of (3) people who are on the sidelines during the game and are taking car of the down marker and the first down chains - home games only - instructed by the refeees.
