Any returning Troops that did not
turn in their 2007-08 Financial Report by the
July deadline.
No Fall Product or Cookie sales will be allowed in
2008-2009 year if your financials are not completed.
Blank Financial reports
and other volunteer forms can be found on line at www.gsneo.org.
Forms can be found
in your early bird packet and at www.gsneo.org.

Membership Dues Summary needs to be completed every time
registrations are turned in.

Keep
the yellow copies
of forms for your
records.

The Troop
number should be entered in the bottom right corner of all
forms.

Please be
sure a signature is on all forms.

Only adult
position codes 01 and 02 receive mail.

If a
position code is left blank on the adult registrations 14 will
automatically be assigned.

Registration
fee is $10.
