1/ Collection of initial club dues, WAGS fees, MSYSA fees by Karis, treasurer
2/ Request from Karis for each team to send her the email address for each team manager, treasurer and
coach (optional) for each team. email to ParkvilleSC@comcast.net
3/ Reminder that remainder of club dues ($100/player) will be due at August PSC club meeting.
4/ Election of new club secretary-Jo Tyzack
Election of new WAGS club rep-Adam Lynch
5/ GBSC Crush u-13 team, requesting to join PSC. Phil will check out their fields and meet coach and get back to group with more info.
6/ Motion made to amend PSC rules to allow team u-18 and older to opt out of playing in State Cup . Motion passed.

Minutes PSC meeting 8/17/09

Adam Lynch, WAGS club rep, collected TSL forms and confirmed that all MSYSA carding was completed or nearly done for each team.
Karis Brown, club treasurer , collected remaining club dues from each team representative.
Phil Puopolo, club president, read the proposed changes to the club bylaws. These were approved by the attendees.
Adam Lynch reported the WAGS schedule would be available 8/27, PAGS and CMSSL schedule is all ready out.
Phil Puopolo reminded teams
1) to inform him of any fields/indoor facilities being used by teams, so that they can be included on our insurance.
2) if teams want to use St Tim's to run summer camps next summer, let him know dates so he can inform St Tim's. No outside camps will be allowed this year.
3) Phil is stepping down as president at the end of the spring season
John Goff and Lisa Davis, the representatives who volunteered to be club vice president gave some information their background in youth soccer and their goals as potential VP.
Ballots were handed out and collected by Karis Brown. Each team had a vote and each club official had a vote.
Ballots were counted by Karis Brown and Jo Tyzack with the result being Lisa Davis voted in as PSC Vice President.
