About Troop 94
Troop 94 along with its brother Cub Scout Pack 94, serves the Egg Harbor Township area of Atlantic County, NJ, and is chartered by the Egg Harbor Township Police Department.
Our Troop is part of the Atlantic District that is itself a part of the Jersey Shore Council, whose headquarters are 1518 Ridgeway Rd in Toms River, NJ and which is in turn located in the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts of America Organization.
All boys 11-18 years old are welcome to join regardless of place of residence, religion, etc. Boys will typically re-register in the fall at the start of the school year. But open enrollment is always welcome.
Generally, we meet as a Troop every Tuesday. These Troop meetings are typically last about hour and half. Like most Troops the boys are broken into groups known as Patrols. The Troop tries to plan at least 1 Outing/Camping trip a month. Also 1 week of Summer Camp in the summer.
Several opportunities are available to the boys including, National Jamboree trips, Philmount, Northern Tier, National Youth Leadership Training just to name a few.
