The following equipment is necessary to play Boys lacrosse in the WMYLC:
- Lacrosse helmet
- Mouthpiece(non-clear)
- Shoulder pads
- Arm pads
- Gloves
- Boys LAX stick
- Athletic supporter/cup
- Rib pads

Girls Equipment
Girls lacrosse equipment is no where close to what is required for the boys. The game is more focused on safety and no contact. The following is all that is needed:
- Lacrosse goggles/eyewear
- Mouthpiece (non-colored)
- Girls LAX stick
