The Panthers is a non-profit organization, run solely by volunteers.
Due to the amount of work involved in running the many tasks at hand, a Workbond Program is in existence. A Work Bond has a one time payment per family (not per child)of $200 that is refundable after a certain amount of volunteer points are met (and uniforms/equipment are returned).
The Panthers need the involvement of every family in order to remain the best!

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS MANDATORY THAT EVERY FAMILY AS PART OF THEIR TOTAL POINTS, WORK A MINIMUM OF 2 HOME GAME CONCESSIONS (WATERFRONT PARK) AND 2 PRACTICE FIELD CONCESSIONS (KENNEDY PARK) TO FULFILL THEIR WORKBOND!!!  THERE IS NO LONGER A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CONCESSIONS AT KENNEDY PARK DURING PRACTICES, YOU CAN WORK AS MANY AS YOU WOULD LIKE. WORKING CONCESSIONS DURING PRACTICES AT KENNEDY PARK DOES NOT REPLACE THE MANDATORY WORK REQUIRED AT HOME GAMES!!!

Every game requires volunteers for the concession stand, 50/50, chains and markers, team snack, and announcer. This is for your workbond and remember...it's for the kids!!! Let's support them!

Below is the list of the workbond duties and corresponding points for the Fall  2017 Season:

WORK BOND DUTIES

Below is a list of work bond duties that can be performed.  A family is required to work a total of 18 POINTS and return their uniform/equipment to receive their work bond money back.

Every Family MUST WORK TWO concessions at Waterfront Park and TWO  Kennedy Park concessions during practice to have their work bond returned.
