Baseball, Softball and T-Ball

  • Baseball Director
  • Commissioner for each age group
  • Tryouts
  • PGYA Baseball field and T-Ball field upkeep
  • Field cleanup of trash/emptying of trash cans
  • Concession Stand
  • Umpire Director
  • Oversee advertising banners
  • Oversee District and State champion signs


Basketball

  • Basketball Director
  • Referee Director
  • Commissioner for each age group
  • Scoreboard duty
  • Cleanup and locking up of gym
  • Emptying of trash cans


Cheerleading

  •  Director (recruit cheer moms, create cheer squads and assign to teams)


Football

  • Football Director
  • Referee Director

  • Tryouts
  • PGYA Football Jamboree
  • Set-Up field and take down for Flag Football
  • Field cleanup of trash/emptying of trash cans

Commissioners prepare for and conduct drafts (organize draft lists, recruit coaches and prepare draft packets), contact parents about tryouts and deal with any questions or problems that might arise.

 

Directors oversee all Commissioners, prepare schedules and deal with any questions or problems that might arise.
