The 2018 WINTER BALL HOCKEY SEASON starts up on Jan. 3rd./2018, & ends March 31st./2018... The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will be playing winter ball hockey with BHE... The NHL of ball hockey in western Canada... All games will be played out of the East Soccer Center... A 18 game schedule, with re-tiering after 4 games... FOUR Start times, 6:45pm, 7:45pm, 8:45pm, & 9:45pm, guaranteed 1 gm. per week... All teams make the playoffs, which are a best of 3 gms series... The cost per team is $3650.00, no increase this year... The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will be filling up the 2018 winter roster with 85% of players from the current 2017 summer roster, & the past 2017 winter roster... Also with players who want to play for the SILVER KINGS in the up coming 2018 spring/summer season... The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB might be partaking in a few scrimmages , or exhibition games before the 2018 winter season starts...
The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB has it's own web site, which is used for communicating with the players... And THE SILVER KINGS are now on twitter , our twitter account is #SILVERKINGS1989 ... Both the web site , and twitter account will be used for the following ; dates / times for exhibition games / regular season games / playoff games , player stats, the division standings, and game results ... Also player pictures which are posted on the web site... Another unique feature is the team forum , which is used for expressing your views on certain topics... So get yourself a login number , & password... I don't care if you , or anyone else thinks it's GAY / CHESSEY the SILVER KINGS have a web site!!!
As per every year , the SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB changes / loses around 4 to 5 players per season... Just like all the other years, those players will be replaced with new SILVER KINGS players... This is part of life , & sports, change is inevitable... The SILVER KINGS have received a few e-mails, phone calls, and text messages from players on other teams, inquiring about available full time, & part time positions for the 2018 winter roster...
The SILVER KINGS' objective is no different from any other team or club that plays in Ball Hockey Edmonton , or The Sportsdome Ball Hockey League .. To compete at the highest level of play possible... To assemble a competitive team to win the division title, the tier play downs, provincials, & westerns... A team that gives 110 % on the floor every game having fun & playing with class... To consume a few pops / beers upstairs in the soccer centre lounges , or a lounge close by after every game... Also to partake in pizza night once a month during the spring/summer season ... It's that plain, & simple!!!!!!!
The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will be " VERY AGGRESSIVE " in signing players for the 2018 winter season... The SILVER KINGS will be looking to sign players who want to play for the " SILVER KINGS " , and give total commitment with a positive attitude to the players of the SILVER KINGS... If you are a me player, or the SILVER KINGS are your second choice, don't bother... It will make for a very long season for yourself, & the SILVER KINGS... A me player can only hide for so long , and than their true colors start to surface...
Every player who plays on any SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB'S current roster, is excepted to phone in, or text a message the team rep. who is Brad DesJarlais for every game... Regardless, if you are making the game, or not making the game... Secondly, the " NO BULLSHIT RULE", as the team rep. I'll not put up with any bullshit from anyone, I don't get paid to run the SILVER KINGS!!! Last thing, all 1st.time players on the SILVER KINGS, are responsible for the water bottles, & balls... The water bottles need to be filled before games, and brought to the bench... Then brought back to the dressing room, and emptied after gmes...

LEAGUE FEES FOR THE 2018 WINTER SEASON, ARE $3650.00 PER TEAM, FOR A 18 GAME SCHEDULE, EVERY TEAM MAKES THE PLAYOFFS....

The cost per player for the 2018 WINTER season, is listed below;
Cost Per Player:league fees $3650.00 divided by 16 players =
$228.15 per player
$228.15 = winter league fees
$ 7.00 = viceroy ball hockey balls
$ 7.00 = viceroy ball hockey balls
$ 15.20 = #1 Sean McFaul's Fees
Totals= $250.32 per player
FYI: If , we don't have a full roster signed , & paid by BHE's deadline ... It's going to cost each player a little more money for league fees ...
I have broken down the 2018 winter league fees into two payments... For those of you , who can pay your entire leagues fees , please do so...
1st. payment of $125.16 is due Nov. 1st. / 2017...
2nd. payment of $125.16 is due Dec. 1st. / 2017 ...
FYI: BHE will be taking teams on a first come, first serve basis for the up coming 2018 winter season...
Taking the 1st. 16 players who pay their league fees in full...
Remember, I'll not be chasing players for money... I will be accepting league payments, one way... An INTERAC MONEY TRANSFER, which is very easy to do...

The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will being wearing the LIME GREEN/BLACK JERSEYS, & the NEW SOILD LIME GREEN JERSEYS this up coming winter season... The SILVER KINGS will supply the jerseys for new players, and part time players...
Please wash the jerseys at least once a month, they start to SMELL PRETTY NASTY... Thanx

The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will be wearing the SILVER KINGS black dazzle shorts with 2 stripes down the side... With the lime green soccer socks...

The soccer socks can be purchased at any Euro Soccer Sports, or any Sport Chek in town...
Lime green soccer socks , $10.00 each...
