The mission of the West Orange Challenger Division is to bring the Pop Warner experience to those kids with special needs.
West Orange's overall goals are to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. The Challenger program stresses teamwork, concentration, friendship and most importantly sportsmanship.
Our goal is to provide a real time football experience for our Challenger kids as similar as possible to the games played before and afterwards. First downs, touchdowns, long runs make the kids feel apart of the game and they get no greater joy than making a play and hearing the roar of the crowd.
