1) Rule - Attendance is required . We practice Wednesday, and Sunday during the pre-season if we cancel a Wednesday practice due to weather we will automatically practice on Thursday. Practices are unexcused unless you are working or a family emergency presents itself.
Requirements - Cleats or Tennis Shoes, Team practice shirt, Helmet and receivers band if issued at every practice. Equipment for contact practices on Wednesday and Sundays. You must notify the team office 1 and one/half hour before practice if you will not attend.
Penalty - You may not play in the teams next game until the second quarter.
2) Rule - Fighting and obscene language including gestures will be kept to a minimal in practice It will not be tolerated in games. We are a class organization please show the proper respect
Requirements - In a game situation no one except coaches and officials may break up a fight. Players must remain on the sidelines or grouped together if on the field away from the action/fight.
Penalty - Any player not directly involved with the fight who interferes will be suspended for one game fined $50.00 and given a warning. The second time the player will be fined $100.00 dollars and suspended for all remaining home games. The third time the player in question will be suspended from the league or any game involving a league team forever until he is reinstated by the team and league. Plus pay a $500.00 dollar fine in which 50% goes to the league office and 50% goes to the team the player was suspended from. If you are the antagonist/agressor you may be released and fined accordingly.
3) Rule -Treat people respectfully, and respect each other.
Penalty - Failure to comply will result in the person being suspended from the league or any game involving a league team forever until reinstated by the team and league. Plus pay a $500.00 dollar fine in which 50% goes to the league office and 50% goes to the team the player was suspended from. You will also possibly be arrested for the offense.
Safety - Our program is geared towards family entertainment.
4) Rule - All uniforms issued with the exception of game socks and logos are to be returned within 30 minutes after any game. This will include events, and team related functions.
Requirements - To turn in what was issued at or before the time issued to insure cleanliness and properly uniformed players at all of our events. Also it will allow for quality control of our programs appearance.
Penalty - $150.00 fine and any item not returned within five business days will be charged off and the following will be owed to Beaver County Warriors Inc., and it's subsidiaries: If issued Uniform Jersey $250.00 ea. Uniform Pants $100.00 ea. Uniform Belt $25.00 ea. Any article requested to be turned in that is missing will be charged to the player to include recovery costs for example legal aide to include Lawyers, Deputies, forms, and court cost.
Safety - The rules and regulations are simple and fair. They are for the protections of the League, Beaver County Warriors Inc. and the player who participate.
Note the league has additional rules that may be implemented if a person does not carry him/her self in a professional manner.
Before signing your contract you are informed of all actions and consequences. You are a member of the Beaver County Warriors and can not participate for any other team or league. You may be released due to certain circumstances but, they are on a per player agreement.
A player is considered released when all obligations and fines are met and paid. A letter of release will be issued if requested. Once a player has received his release he has no obligation to the program.
