Weather Policy:
Monday through Friday:
Decisions on games or practices will be made sometime between 3pm and 5:30pm. After 5:30pm the decision will be made on the field. Once games or practices have been cancelled all games or practices for the remainder of that day will be cancelled. The website will be updated first with any decision as soon as possible, then an email will be sent out, and then the coaches will be called.
Saturday:
The same as during the week except the decision will be made either the night before or at least 30 minutes before the schedule event.
We will make up 50% of the games that are cancelled. The first game to be cancelled for a team will not be made up but if a second game is cancelled it will be made up.
