Here is the background check form that is required of all volunteers at DPLL. Please fill out and give to your manager or send directly to Mike Landis, DPLL safety officer.

 

Baseball ScoreKeeping 101
Each team must have at least one trained scorekeeper. Every Coast, Minor, Major, and Junior Division team need trained scorekeepers to fill in the official scorebooks.  You will be at the game anyway, and the scorekeeper gets the best seat!  Don't be intimidated by all of the complicated symbols.  This .pdf handout describes official scorekeeping method used by the majority of leagues . Please read it over so you are familiar with how to keep score - it's really not hard!

Coaches and parents can get an Incident/Injury Tracking Report  and Accident Notification Form along with General Liability Claim Form plus a Medical Release Form.
