You now have a choice on which program you want to use to display and print all the DSL Forms. If you have MS Word or Microsoft Office, you can use the forms labeled as "Word" documents.
If you don't have MS Word or Microsoft Office you can open the forms labeled "Acrobat Reader". The forms will then open using a free plug-in program from Adobe called Acrobat Reader. If you experience problems trying to open these documents, you will need to download the latest version. Just click on Acrobat Reader and follow the directions for your operating system.
