All Little League Volunteers must submit a Volunteer Application (each year) so the league can do a background check.

Fill it out the attached form (Click on the Form Title with your mouse).

Scan a photo ID onto your application.

Then you can either email it to our Umpire Coordinator, Bill Ashton, at washton@verizon.net or give it to him, or email it to the League President, Patrick Ward at patwardinva@yahoo.com.
