Softball coaches:
Please attend ALL OCYS board meetings even though you are only required to attend 3 meetings each year. The meetings are always on the 3rd Sunday of the month at Willamette Falls Hospital Conference Room #3 & #4 at 6:30 pm.

COACHES - REMEMBER - NO CHILDREN, SIBLINGS OR PARENTS THAT ARE NOT ACES CERTIFIED CAN BE IN YOUR DUGOUT DURING ANY GAME !!!

ASA Travel Permit
COACHES:
If an Oregon ASA team plays outside of Oregon ASA then they need to have a travel permit. Since Portland is it's own association it is considered outside of Oregon ASA. Everywhere else in Oregon is part of Oregon ASA and you do not need a travel permit.
