ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS (individual fund raiser)
Orders are being taken for the latest Pittsburgh or Pittsburgh East Entertainment Books. Cost of the book is $20.00. For each book sold a credit of $10.00 will be applied to your account. Fund raiser ends 10/31/2009.
AD POSTER (individual and organization fund raiser)
Plum Hockey is happy to offer the opportunity for local businesses to advertise on our new Ad Poster. Memebers will sell advertisements and the proceeds will be split 50/50 with the member and Plum Hockey. Ads final ad information and payments must be given to Rich Leonzio by September 30th 2009, e-mail questions to

WEBSITE BANNER (individual and organizational fund raiser)
Plum Hockey is happy to offer the opportunity for local businesses to advertise on our website. Memebers will sell advertisements for $100.00 and the fees will be split 50/50 between the member and Plum Hockey. Our website host (League Line-up) will create a banner graphic from a business card, company logo etc. All banners will rotate and appear randomly throughout the site. Banner Ads can be sold any time and will be effective for one year. Please return the order form to any Board Member or your Team Manager

RULES
1. Unless renewed, Banner Ads will be removed from the website on their EXPIRATION DATE
2. For inactive members (player graduated, quit etc.) all Ads previously "owned" by the member will be released on their expiration date and made available to all PHA members.
3. For active members, Banner Ads sold the previous year are "owned" by the seller (can't be sold by anyone else) until 60 days after the EXPIRATION DATE.
4. If a "previously owned" Banner Ad is NOT resold 60 days after the EXPIRATION DATE the ad is considered "open" and available to all PHA members.
5. A Banner Ad is NOT considered "sold" until FULL payment has been received.
6. Once an Ad is "sold/resold" new START and EXPIRATION dates will be assigned when the Ad is posted to the website.
MONTE CARLO NIGHT (individual and organizational fund raiser)
3rd annual Plum Hockey Monte Carlo night will be held Saturday November 14, 2009 from 6:00 - 11:00. Jonette Speranzo is the chairperson and will be contacting the membership for workers, committee members etc. you can contact her at
