Important dates for the 2008 SAC Seminole Boys Lacrosse Season
Nov 1 Begin Registration - Register Online, by mail, or in-person as soon as possible to help form the teams. Anyone signing up after each team is formed will be on a waiting list until the next team is formed and will be notified that they are on a waiting list.
Mar 3 Practices officially begin - Monday is the first Practice. Practices will be M-W F 6:15-7:45pm at Severn Danza Park. Equipment to be distributed in Red Barn starting 5:15pm. Everyone will be notified before the first practice by their coach. Uniforms, schedules, and raffle ticket will be distributed later.
Mar 4 Coaches Certification - For all new coaches at Old Mill H.S. 6:30pm (must have certification by 2nd year. Gold members need not attend but be sure your background check is up to date.
Mar 5 Teams Registered with County - This is an AACO Commissioners Meeting
Mar 17 Registration Forms due to Coaches. All county registration forms are due to the coaches.
Mar 19 Team Rosters due to AAco All county registration forms and rosters are submitted to the County.
Mar 23 EASTER No games or practices.
Apr 5 Season Starts - Games on Saturdays and Sundays. Just like last year.
May 24-26 Memorial Day Weekend - No games on Memorial Day weekend, but there may be a few weekday games after Memorial Day
Jun 7 Bilderback Tournament - Peewees only. We will be participating in this tournament. A sea of peewee with lots of fun and games and giveaways. This is the reason you don't want to skip playing peewees if you can help it.
Jun TBD Raffle Drawing - Need not be present to win. Winners will be put on this website.
June TBD End of season equipment return
