Verizon Telecom launched national service bundles that offer residential customers value, simplicity and choices that include our first quadruple play of residential wireline service, high-speed Internet, Verizon Wireless service and TV.
What’s in it for our customers?
Customers typically buy bundles to get discounts, and Verizon offers attractive savings. In fact, while specific pricing varies by region, discount savings increase as customers select more services, and can add up to $28 a month.
But with Verizon, great value only begins with price. While cable bundles offer very basic services, the service choices we offer pack on great value with the services customers want most:
Verizon Freedom Essentials: Unlimited local, regional-toll and long distance calling in the U.S. plus three calling features, such as Caller ID, Call Waiting and Home Voice Mail
Verizon High-Speed Internet: Download speeds at up to 3 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 768 Kbps
Verizon Wireless America’s Choice®: Including enrollment in ONE-BILL® that incorporates the customer’s wireless and home landline service on a single statement
DIRECTV Total Choice®: More than 155 all-digital TV channels and 50 channels of XM Satellite Radio

Freedom Essentials + Verizon Wireless (ONE-BILL®)
Freedom Essentials + Verizon’s DIRECTV®
Verizon Triple Freedom comes in two options:
Freedom Essentials + High-Speed Internet (3 Mbps) + Verizon Wireless service on ONE-BILL®, or
Freedom Essentials + DSL up to 3 Mbps + Verizon’s DIRECTV®
Verizon Ultimate Freedom is our first quadruple play, including:
Freedom Essentials + High-Speed Internet (3 Mbps) + Verizon’s DIRECTV® + Verizon Wireless (ONE-BILL®)
What’s in it for Verizon Telecom?
For Verizon Telecom, the key word is “stickiness.” More than two-thirds of our new residential customers purchase multiple services. We’ve found that the more services customers buy on one, simple monthly statement, the more loyal they become. These customers are least likely to defect to the cable guys and easiest for us to retain. “Stickiness” is a key to retaining consumer access lines. These bundles also compete with other leaders in telecom and beat anything cable can offer.
