The Team NY Cardinals will be holding an "intensive" clinic to prepare baseball players with various abilities for the upcoming 2009 season.
INSTRUCTORS HAVE PROFESSIONAL AND/OR COLLEGE LEVEL EXPERIENCE
- Charlie Foster - Strength and Conditioning Guru
- Craig Everett - Head Coach, Concordia College
- Rich Kashdan - Head Coach, Queensborough Community College, Recommending Scout, Cincinnati Reds
- Paul LaMarr - Ass't Coach, Concordia College
- Dave Mercado - Ass't Coach, Concordia College
- Roger Mischel - Ass't Coach, Queensborough Community College
- Barry Silverstein - Head Coach, Senior Cardinals
- Bill Schindler - Head Coach, Freshman Cardinals
LOCATION: Cardozo High School, 57-00 223rd Street, Bayside, NY 11364
DATES: January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8
AM SESSION (9:30-11:30): Pitching / Catching
PM SESSION (12:00-2:00): Offense / Defense
- Quality, small group instruction will be given on pitching, hitting, running, throwing, bunting, mental aspects, strength/conditioning and mental aspects
- Batting cage on premises
- College coaches and scouts will be invited to observe workouts for appropriate age groups
- College preparation classes will take place in between the AM and PM sessions
