Registration cost for Spring is $120.00 which includes the uniform. At registration you will need to provide the following for each child being registered:
Copy of Birth Certificate
Registration\Medical Release form (given at registration)
U10-U16 players will need a wallet size photo
$120.00 Registration fee in cash or check payable to UCYSL
