Rules and By-laws

At the November 2017 League Meeting, the Operating Personnel of the Altoona Area Baseball Association voted to adopt the Little League International moratorium on licensed, non-wood baseball bats for the 2018 season and beyond.

These lists are updated on a regular basis by Little League International. Please consult these links before you purchase any new bat for your child since bats not approved by Little League will not be permitted to be used in the Altoona Area Baseball Association starting on 2018.
