Concession Stand Rules

Rules for Working in the Concession Stand

Concession Stand Workers Rules

  • Workers should be 15 minutes before 1st game of the schedule date and open at 1st game start
  • Assigned Team for night should provide 5 workers (work shifts can be assigned by the coach)
    1 at Drinks and Snow Cone Window Number 1
    1 at Food Ordering Window Number 2
    1 at Food Ordering Window Number 3
    1 at Serving Window Number 4
    1 to help out with cooking as needed and/or cleaning trays, etc
  • Make sure wash your hands regularly and wear concession stand gloves when handling food.
  • No more than 8 people working in the concession stand (includes the cook, and 2 food preppers league is providing) unless approved by Kathy and Barry Taylor
  • No children should be aroiund the cooking and prep space area
  • No one under the age 15 should work in the concession stand. Unless approved by Kathy and Barry Taylor.

  • No one under the age 18 should be in the cash register. 

  • After each night of use, team assigned duty is to help pick up trash around the park, empty all trash cans bags taken to the dumpster behind the concession stand building, clean the bathrooms and concession stand up at the end of the night.

  • Typically you can shut the concession stand down for the night at the 3rd inning of the last game play. If games are running real late or supplies are low, Barry Taylor will be the one to say it can be shut down.

  • If you change the night you are scheduled to have with another team or something comes up, contact Kathy Taylor (212-1938) and let her know..

  • If games are canceled, due to rain, etc. your team will make it up on the make-up schedule games night,

  • If your team doesn't show up for your assigned night, your team will lose your 1st round draft pick the next season."Thank you all very much for your help, support and volunteering your time to our kids, community and Park."
