Below are our different level of sponsorships or you can just make a $25.00 or more donation to Cypress Lake Hornets AYF/AYC Program

CLH  General Donation

$25.00 - $100 Sponsorships        Purple

$101 - $150 Sponsorships           White

$151-$250 Sponsorships             GOLD

 SIDEWALK SIGNS (put up on game days along the sidewalks)

*     You supply the logo and we will get the sign made for you.

*     Exposure to all home games for spring and fall.

*     Good for one season.

Fee     $125 per sign (approximately 2' x 4')

Travel/Weigh In Practice Outfits Sponsors  (only permitted 4)

*    Logo will go on shirt with football and cheer teams (weigh in & travel uniforms)

*    Exposure to all AYF/AYC cheer and football teams.

*    You can leave handouts at the gate for clients to take at home games.

*    Name mentioned as sponsor at all home games.

Fee:     $250 per sponsorship.

FENCE BANNERS (put up on game days around the field fence)

(No guarantee we can keep them up all week long - we will try depending on the county rules regulations)

*     You supply logo and we will get the banner made or you may supply your own banner.

*     Approximate size is 3 x 5 white with two color banner.

*     Exposure to all games, as many practices as we can, playoff games for spring and fall.

*     Name mentioned as a sponsor at all home games. 

*     You can leave handouts at the gate for clients to take at home games.

*     Good for one season (2015).

Fee:     $250 per sign (approximately 3 x 5) if you supply the banner

           $300 per sign (approximately 3 x 5) if we supply the banner for you.

           $525 per sign (approximately 3' x 5'  double sided) if we supply the banner for you.

SCOREBOARD SIGNS (SPOTS IN TOTAL)

Are on our scoreboard for one SEASON. (begins again on 1/1 each year)

*    Exclusive (no two of the same business next to each other).

*    You supply logo and we will get the sign.

*    Name mentioned as a scoreboard sponsor at all home games.

*    You can leave handouts at the gate for clients to take at home games.

*    Up year 'round for Fall, Spring and Semi-Pro Season for football and cheer.

Fee:    $500 per block

 GRANDSTAND BANNERS (put up on game days around the top of the grandstands.  Higher exposure!)

*       You supply the logo and we will get the banner made for you or you may supply  your own banner.

*      Full color banner

*     Exposure to all games, as many practices as we can, playoff games for spring and fall.

*     Name mentioned as a sponsor at all games.

*     You can leave handouts at the gate for clients to take home.

*     Good for one season (2015 season)

Fee    $425.00 per sign (approximately 4' x 6') if we supply the banner for you.

          $600 per sign (approximately 4' x 8') if we supply the banner for you.

Press Box/Field Sponsorship

We are looking to get a new sign for the field on the back of our Press box which you see when you walk in the field and from the parking lot.  YOUR business can be highlighted as the "Field Sponsor".

*     You can leave handouts at the gate for clients to take at home games.

*     Name mentioned as sponsor at home games.

*     Exposure to all ATF/AYC cheer and football games.

      Good for TWO seasons (2015-2016).

*    Up year 'round for fall, spring season for football and cheer practices, games, etc.

Fee    $2,000
