Individual Training

The Pittsburgh Pride offers individual training to players (boys and girls) of all ages and skill levels.

There is both basketball skills training and speed/agility/quickness training available. 

Training is tailored to each individual player. 

Training can be provided at the player's house, at a local basketball court, or at a local sports facility. 

Training is generally an hour in duration and is once per week but the schedule can be revised to fit the needs of the player.
