Motivated by our excitement for youth basketball, I decided to build a facility here in Clio. We wanted an athletic center for kids to practice, play leagues and tournaments in a safe environment. Since 2005, we have been one of the leading youth basketball facilities in Mid-Michigan.

     However, I did not want to limit The MAAC to just basketball. We added the Fitness Center in January 2007 to give our adults a place to play. We have been very lucky to have gained an excellent group of members, who inspire us to keep our fitness center in top notch condition.

     In December of 2016, we completely renovated our fitness center which totaled over $40,000 in upgrades. New features include Astro-Turf, updated cardio equipment, a Synrgy360 functional trainer, and all-new Legend Fitness free weight cages and selectorized equipment.

        Our tremendous basketball setting and our state-of-the-art fitness center, makes us the leading all-sports facility in Genesee County. We feel confident that you will find what you are looking for at our home-town business. We are excited to work with you and hope your family enjoys The MAAC as much as our family does.
