The Valley Storm refund policy will be as follows:
1. Any player who quits or who is asked to leave because of conduct deemed by us to be detrimental to the team or organization will recieve no refunds at all regardless of amount already paid.
2. Any player who has to leave due to injury before Jan. 1, 2013 will given back 50% of full fee amount.
3. Any player who has to leave for any reason after Jan. 1, 2013 will recieve no refund.
4. Deposits and/or payments for Valley Storm sponsored tournaments will not be refunded if teams pull out within 1 week of the tournament start date.
There are costs that cannot be recovered.
