Minutes from the monthly meeting are posted usually within 2 weeks of the meeting. Minutes from January 2007 onwards are available here. Minutes for months not appearing here reflect months where a meeting was not held. Traditionally there is no meeting during one of the summer months(July or August) and/or if a quorum could not be achieved to hold a meeting as per the by-laws.
