IMPORTANT WATER COOLER/WATER BOTTLE INFORMATION
With the concerns of the upcoming flu season among other sicknesses and the necessity of trying to keep things as sanitary as possible,
PLEASE DO NOT FILL WATER BOTTLES FROM THE INSIDE OF THE COOLERS, please fill them from the spouts of those coolers.
If you have a cooler that the spout is not functioning properly, please let us know so that we can switch it out.
Please also let participants know that their mouths should not touch any part of the spouts on the coolers or the water bottles.
