This league consists of players that turn 9 by April 30, 2010 and do not turn 11 before April 30, 2010.
The games will consist of 6 innings with limited stealing and the players pitching. The season will end with a playoff tournament with all 9/10 teams. The brackets will be determined by a blind draw followed by a double elimination tournament.
