September 2009 Meeting Mintues

Treasurers Report - Michelle Shanley
Beginners Donuts & Cider - Tentative date 10/25/09; players will receive "Welcome"gift; volunteers needed.
Dance - This year's dance will be held on Saturday Jan. 30, 2010 @ 7 pm @ Seneca Hose. Hit-N-Run will play; need a theme and volunteers for the committee.
Scholarships - The Booster Club will be offering 3 again this year - one for a travel player, one for a house player, and one for attending Booster Club meetings/helping with events.
Pictures - We are using a new photographer this year - TSI Photography. More items are available; turn around time is 2-3 wks; travel teams are being doe now; house teams will be scheduled; each player receives a free Memory Mate.
Food Drive - We will planning another food drive to benefit the WS Food Pantry. Date TBD.
Next Meeting - Tuesday October 20th 7 pm
