Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship

The Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship will be presented to a former Lookouts ballplayer, attending an institution of higher learning during the Fall 2016, who has demonstrated excellence in the classroom, on the ball field and in the community.  Applications will need to be completed by May 1st, 2016.  Applicants should click on the below links to download the scholarship application.  Contact Patrick Edwards at lookouts@san.rr.com for questions regarding the scholarship application.

JOSH MONKS NAMED RECIPIENT OF 1ST ANNUAL BILL BRESNAHAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Josh Monks, a 2011 graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School and a former Lookouts ballplayer, was presented with the 1st Annual Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship on Tuesday, August 9th for his excellence in the classroom, on the ball field and in the community.  Monks will continue his education during the Fall 2011 & Spring 2012 at the University of Maryland.  Congratulations Josh!

HUNTER ROGERS NAMED RECIPIENT OF 2ND ANNUAL BILL BRESNAHAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Hunter Rogers, a 2012 graduate of Poway High School and a former Lookouts ballplayer, was presented with the 2nd Annual Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship on Monday, August 6th for his excellence in the classroom, on the ball field and in the community. Rogers will continue his education during the Fall 2012 & Spring 2013 at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Congratulations Hunter!

Tristan Sipe, a 2014 graduate of Westview High School and a former Lookouts ballplayer, was presented with the 4th Annual Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship on Monday, August 11th for his excellence in the classroom, on the ball field and in the community. Sipe will continue his education during the Fall 2014 & Spring 2015 at Sonoma State University.  Congratulations Tristan!

BRODY PROWS NAMED RECIPIENT OF 5TH ANNUAL BILL BRESNAHAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

August 10, 2015 – 07:00 PM

Brody Prows, at 2015 graduate of Mt. Carmel High School and a former Lookouts ballplayer, was named the recipient of the 5th Annual Bill Bresnahan Memorial Scholarship on Monday, August 10th for his excellence in the classroom, on the ball field and in the community.  Brody was unable to attend Monday's ceremony because he is serving a mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines.  Congratulations Brody!
