CANCELLATION/REFUNDPOLICY

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVE IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL.
 
 TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS LEAGUE YOU FIRST MUST NOTE THIS IS A COMMITTED LEAGUE FOR COMMITTED PROGRAMS ONLY WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FORFIETS/CANCELLED GAMES THEREFORE EACH PROGRAM WILL SIBMIT A DEPOSIT OF $150,00 (WHICH IS 100%)

REFUNDABLE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SEASON. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR PROGRAM FORFIETS OR CANCELS ANY GAME/PLAYOFF YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL $150.00.
 
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS - GAMES MAY STILL BE PLAYED IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. GAME TIMES AND FORMAT MAY CHANGE TO FIT THE GAME IN. COACHES AND PLAYERS AGREE TO THESE TERMS UPON ENTER THE OUR LEAGUE/TOURNAMENTS.

 

NOTE:UPON REGISTERING FOR OUR LEAGUE PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR LEAGUE IS BASED ON AVAIABLE DATES AND FIELD AVAILIBILTY, IF FIELD PLAYING CONDITIONS ARE UNPLAYABLE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE VENUES, RE-ADJUST SCHEDULES AS WELL AS PLAY DATES IN WHICH WE WILL GIVE APPLICABLE NOTICE TO ALL TEAMS.
 
 NIOTE:OUR LEAGUE GUARANTEES GAMES BUT DOES'NT IN ANY WAY OR FORM GUARANTEE HOW LONG ANY SEASON MAY LAST.

THIS LEAGUE IS A COMMITTED LEAGUE SO IT'S YOUR PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE ANY CHANGES THAT MAYBE DONE FROM THE SAN DIEGO BLUES UMPIRES ASSOCIATION.

1. WHEN YOU REGISTER ON-LINE WE ARE GUARANTING YOU SCHEDULED GAMES, A DOZEN OF BALLS,FIELD ACCESS,(2)UMPIRES EVERY GAME IN WHICH YOU'RE RESPONSIBILE TO COMPENSATE BEFORE EVERY GAME.

2.WE ALSO GIVE EACH TEAM ENTERED AN OPPURTUNITY TO SUBMIT ANY BLACKOUT DATES IN WHICH THEY WILL UNABLE TO FIELD A TEAM, SHOULD YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT US THIS YOUR TEAM WILL TAKE A FORFEIT, IF YOU FORFEIT TWICE THE SAN DIEGO BLUES HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE YOUR PROGRAM FROM THE LEAGUE WITH NO REFUND.

3.ONCE YOUR PROGRAMS COMMITTS AND PAYS ON-LINE TO OUR LEAGUE AND THE SCHDULE IS POSTED, IF YOU DE-COMMITT AND CANCEL THE SAN DIEGO BLUES WILL RETAIN UP TO $200.00 AND HAS UP TO 21 DAYS TO FORWARD ANY MONIES BACK TO YOUR PROGRAM. FOR ADMINISTRATION FEES,VENUE COMMITTMENTS,LIGHTS,ECT

4. IF YOUR PROGRAM IS REMOVED FOR DISIPLINARY ACTIONS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONIES BACK AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR LEAGUE,CONTACTS PERMENATLEY.

THE SAN DIEGO BLUES REFUND POLICY FOR TEAMS ENTERING OUR LEAGUE IS AS FOLLOWS.

1.YOU ENTERED OUR COMMITED LEAGUE KNOWING THAT WE HAVE FIELD RENTAL,FIELD PREPATIONS,LIGHTS,SCHEDULING,AND UMPIRES AND THAT WE GUARANTEE EACH VENUE X AMOUNT OF GAMES EACH SEASON.

2.WE ALSO GURANTEE YOUR GAMES EACH WEEK.

THE SAN DIEGO BLUES REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

1.WE WILL REFUND 100% LESS THE ON-LINE FEES IF YOUR PROGRAM CANCELS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULE BEING POSTED.

2.IF YOUR PROGRAM COMMITTS TO OUR LEAGUE AND THE SCHEDULE IS POSTED THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF $200.00 FOR ADMINSTRATION PUPOSES. (cancellation must be in writing via email/mail) we will then process an exit check for your program within 14 business days.

3.IF YOUR PROGRAM IS REMOVED FOR DISIPLINARY ACTIONS WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRO-RATE YOUR ENTRY FEE BASED ON GAMES COMPLETED NOT TO EXCEED $300.00
