Players must arrive at least 20 minutes early and be dressed and ready to go (DARTG). If you are 20 minutes early, you are on time.

All players must attend practice throughout the season.

If the coaches have not arrived at practice time, it is the responsibility of upper classmen to have everyone DARTG and stretching when the coach arrives.

If you cannot attend practice or will be late to practice, send an e-mail to your coach. Find the e-mail address under "Contact Info" on the website sidebar.

Players who need help with school work or with grades must notify the coach.

Remember:
Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol use.
Treat others like you would want to be treated.
Do your best in everything in life, not only lacrosse.
Do the right thing all the time.
