Our 6th annual tournament, getting more popular every year. This is a highly organized and well run tournament with alot of givaways.Last year we had teams from 4 US states and Canada. Come taste our local Buffalo Wings as well as joining one of the largest tournaments of the summer!70 foot base paths with lead offs.(Cooperstown Rules).
Cost: $375.00

Minimum Games Guaranteed: 3

Take Transit Rd (Rt78) North into the city of Lockport. Turn Right Lincoln Ave (across from Holiday Inn). The next intersection after you pass the Lockport Little League fields is Davison Rd. Turn Left. Just before the end of Davison Rd you will pass the Niagara County Golf Course on your right. The park is located just past the golf course. This is north of the Depew exit off Rt 90 , 14 miles. Take Transit Rd (rt 78) north all the way to Lincoln Ave.

TOURNAMENT RULES
  
2 HOUR TIME LIMITS ON ALL GAMES ! NO NEW INNING MAY START AFTER 2 HOURS!
Ties are in play.
2 GAME BALLS ARE SUPPLIED ea game. Please bring baseballs !
 

10U- 12U:

70 foot bases - 50 foot pitching and no bat restrictions
 
Regular High School Federation  rules on a modified diamond (Also known as Coopertown Rules)

Lineup Options: (1) bat the bench with 100% free substitutions throughout the game. (2) Choice of batting 9 or 10 batters using an EH.  Use of a DH for any player in the order is optional. Both DH and EH may be used at the same time. Re-entry rule for starter only.

No metal spikes.
MUST slide rule in effect
One certified umpire on Friday and Saturday. Two on Sunday. 10U, two umps for final game only.
No Bat Restrictions
 
 

13U - 14U:

-3 BESR Certified bats ( Canadians may use their HS specified bats)
 
High School Federation rules

2 certified umpires each game 
 

All Age Bracket Rules

Age as or May 1st 2009
Mercy rule 10 runs after 4.5/5 innings
NO protesting of any game
Umpire has the right to call a game under his discretion.
HOME/AWAY are decided via flip of coin. Sunday is seeded.
7 inning games; but a 2 hour time limit; no new inning may start after 2 hours
Ties are recorded if they come into play
Tiebreaker; #1 record #2 head to head where applicable  #3 runs against  #4 run differential  #5 flip
note; head to head does not apply to multi team ties if all teams did not play each other

Catcher Speed Up Rule: Only with 2 outs; for the 10-12U teams that are batting the bench, you must use this option and replace your catcher with the player that made the last out that is on your bench. For teams using the regular line up option, you may must replace the catcher (runner) with a player not currently in your batting order.

Intentional Walks: you are not required to throw the 4 pitches.
