A Letter from Rick Levans
AD's & Reps, Just a couple things I'd like to tough base on before the season starts and also some things for pre season games.
If any games need to be canceled because of rain during the season. You must first call KSL, then you call me. I can not cancel a game unless KSL give the OK.
Pre Season games. You can call me and not KSL.
All canceled games must be phoned to me 1 1/2 hour before game time. I am awake early on game days.
Tomorrow it looks like we might have very bad weather, if anyone is going to cancel games on their field, please let me know early. If I don't get a call and the game is canceled, the officials get a 1/2 fee each. KSL & ARCO have an agreement that games must be canceled 1 1/2 before game time for bad weather.
If the games are started and the officials hear thunder, the game will be stopped for 30 minutes. If the officials do not hear thunder during that 30 minutes the game can continue. Lightning is the same.(it does not matter how far away the lightning is, if they see it the cancel will be suspended for 30 minutes)

Plymouth Whitemarsh
Warrington - 2 fields
Mt Airy
Upper Dublin - 2 fields
Bucks County
Lower Prov
Willow Grove
North Penn
Norristown
Overbrook
If your team isn't on here and you have games tomorrow , you need to call me asap so I can schedule officials.
Any KSL team who is playing home pre season games must use ARCO officials and they must be assigned by Me. If you do not use ARCO officials for your pre season games and ARCO or KSL finds out about this, you will have to paid ARCO officials for each games played that day. This is a policy that ARCO and KSL have had for many years. Even if you are playing a team that isn't from KSL, if it is on your field, it mys be officiated by ARCO officials.
