Congrats to the MESQUITE CRUSH
for winning the U8 Girls Academy CHAMPIONSHIP at the 2008 Quickfoot Reindeer Games !!!
The weather was cold and windy and the competition was fierce. The Crush girls went 5-0 against some of the top Academy teams in the area. The Championship game went to "sudden-death" overtime where the Crush girls hit the goal two times but couldn't find the back of the net, eventually winning 2-1 in the shoot-out.

Congratulations, Mustangs!
U-12 Girls Mesquite City Champions. You won your bracket at the Tournament of Champions in Cedar Hill and advanced to the quarter finals of the state tournament. It was a great season and we are very proud of all of you. Thank you Coach Rick and Coach Chris for all your hard work this season. Lets take City and State next year!

Texas Shooters
The U-16 Texas Shooters went to the T.O.C. this weekend and represented the M.S.A. respectfully and proudly!!! With only one loss out of the 6 games they played this weekend the Shooters finished 2nd place in the tournament. The Shooters played 6 wonderful games of soccer and proved to be too much for the other city champs to handle except for Rowlett Lady Tigers who have won the tournament for their 2nd time. Great job Texas Shooters!!!! Be proud of yourselves!!!

~BLUE FUSION~
I just want to say that I am very proud of Blue Fusion, originally Lady Ponies. Each season they have started out with several new players on the team, usually a couple new ones that have never played soccer in their lives. Each season they start at the bottom and work their way up to playoffs by the end of the season. If ever we can get them all to return to the next season...everyone lookout!
-Coach Roy
