The spring season is an ideal time for the youth player to increase their individual technical skill by getting more touches on the ball. Playing small sided games allows each player more time to touch the ball and have individual success. In addition to the Sunday afternoon format, we are providing a U-7 and U-8 Academy Session for all registered U-7 & U-8 players.
The spring season will take place on Sunday afternoons from April 11th to mid-June at IPW located off of Folly Road between Street And County Line Roads.
The U-5 program - Smart Soccer will manage this age group and feature a micro soccer format. Click Here for more details. Players born between August 1, 2004 & July 31, 2005 are in this age group. Co-ed
The U-6 program – This age group will participate in a 15-minute technical skill session followed by a 30-minute game. The game format will be 3 v 3. Players born between August 1, 2003 & July 31, 2004 are in this age group. Separate boys and girls teams.
The U-8 program – This age group will participate in 2 10-minute technical skill progressions followed by a 30-minute game. The game format will be 4 v 4. Players born between August 1, 2001 & July 31, 2003 are in this age group. Separate boys and girls teams.
The U-10 program – This age group will participate in a 50-minute game. The format will be 7 v 7 or 8 v 8 (depending upon number of available players). Players born between August 1, 1999 & July 31, 2001 are in this age group. Separate boys and girls teams.
The U-12 program – This age group will participate in a 60-minute game. The format will be 8 v 8. Players born between August 1, 1997 & July 31, 1999 are in this age group. Teams will be Co-ed.
The U-16 program – This age group will participate in a 60-minute game. The format will be 8 v 8. Players born between August 1, 1993 & July 31, 1997 are in this age group. Teams will be Co-ed.
