What is a Wrestling Dual?
Dual meet - A match between two teams where one wrestler in each weight class is chosen to represent their team in head-to-head competition, one match at a time while the rest of the team sits mat side and cheers them on. Points are awarded to either team when one of its wrestlers wins a match, and the winner of the meet is determined by whichever team has more points after all weight classes have been contested.
Dual tournament - A tournament in bracket format that is composed of numerous dual meets between full teams of wrestlers.
