You're invited to the Maryland USSSA East Coast Majors Weeklong 6+ with 9 Gm Max hosted by MD USSSA Baseball in Columbia/Central, MD.!  Open to all teams and age groups. No qualification is required to register and play in this event.  This event has been planned with the entire family in mind with competition at Blandair Turf sports complex' in Central Maryland.  No Individual Player Fee’s.  No Roster Requirements.  One Cost for the whole team, and that’s it!  No Rainouts!!!

Cost: $1,800 per Team

• Five scheduled pool play games and elimination game guaranteed
• Semi-final and Championships on Sunday

Team Check-In:

All teams must complete the team check-in process 14 days prior to the start of the tournament. Follow the steps below so that your team is ready to play!

1. Roster & Electronic Parental Waiver: Every player must have a completed electronic Parental Waiver, signed by their guardian. Please invite players to your roster by logging into the account that was used to register you team for the tournament. You can access your USSSA account
2. Certificate of Insurance: Please send your Certificate of Insurance via email to mdbaseball@usssa1.com. The following must be listed as an “additional insured":

Lodging:

Maryland USSSA Baseball has partnered with our Lodging Group to assist with all of your tournament housing needs.  Rooms can be booked anywhere you like; However, the Housing Group offers the lowest rate online and have access to a wide variety of hotels/resorts in the Central Maryland area!  Check availability and a full list of the Hotels.

OPEN (11u - 14u) Entry Fee  -  $1,800

6+ Games - Max 9 Games

 There will be a maximum number of teams of 12 per age group (Unless otherwise decided by the Tournament Director at a later time.  If there are not enough teams to do a specific age group, then teams will be contacted to discuss being combined with another age group prior to the schedules being made. If there is not at least 12 teams in the age group, we will only be giving out rings to the winner and the runner-up

To reserve your teams spot in this event, you must fill out the Registration Form.  Payment in Full must be made no later than July 1st, 2021.  Deposit must be made before the tournament is full.  Teams will be placed on a waitlist once their respective age group and division is full.  Teams that have registered will be placed on the list as first come first on the list.  Teams that pay first will be fully secured to participate.  Don't delay your payment, and especially don't delay your registration. Final Rosters must be submitted 30 days before the start of the tournament.

In the event of a weather related event, the tournament director can and will make adjustments to the schedule to either delay, cancel, move, or seed teams when there is a Pool play weather event.  If for some reason (Due to weather) some teams play 5 games and others only play 4 pool play game, then the tournament director would typically seed the teams based on the average runs allowed and not the total runs allowed.  If no pool play games are played, then the tournament director may seed the teams based on their registration date.  All of these options are still up to the discretion of the tournament director.  With Many parks and fields available to us, we will make every possible effort to make sure all games are played.  In the event of a complete cancelation of the tournament, please refer to the tournament guide for credits, and refunds.
