Each team is encouraged but not required to designate a parent as a team communications individual. This person and/or the coach are responsible for communication between the league and the teams.
Hamlin Park Baseball Association will randomly select volunteers. Volunteer selections will be determined by team - e.g. the Bantam Cubs are responsible for the Field Maintenance on May 22nd. Teams will be designated every Saturday for Field Maintenance.
Everyone will be given sufficient notice prior to the event if possible. When you are scheduled for an event, you must:
(a) Sign-in with the person you will be helping that day.
(b) Arrive on time and volunteer for the entire time you are scheduled to receive credit.
(c) Notify
volunteers@hamlinparkbaseball.org if you are unable to volunteer on your scheduled date. You will be re-scheduled one time only.
A family who does not volunteer will be assessed the $50.00 buy out obligation. If payment is not made, the player(s) name will be removed from the mail-in-registration for the following year.
