Why All Star Cheerleading?

Today, everyone is affected by economic struggles, it is important that parents know and understand the return on every investment. Involvement in All Star cheerleading and dance is a definitely a worthwhile investment in your child's future! It provides positive life benefits that can shape their future for the better. What is All Star Cheerleading?
All Star cheerleading is a competition sport that involves boys and girls performing a 2 minute and 30 second routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance and cheer segments. This routine is performed and scored against other competitive teams at various local, regional, national, and worldwide competitions.

The main difference between High School cheer and All Star cheer is that a High School cheerleading team's primary prupose is to support a sports team and keep the crowd excited. In All Star Cheerleading...
WE ARE THE SPORT! An All Star team performs purely for the challenge, thrill and competition of the sport.

Most of all, All Star cheerleading builds character and self-esteem, promotes teamwork and good sportsmanship, helps children set and accomplish goals and builds lasting friendships.

We want our HVA cheerleaders and dancers to understand how important their role is:
The “CHEER” part of our sport is all about attitude and at High Voltage we will insist on positive attitudes from both cheerleaders and parents. All members of the High Voltage family are expected to affirm the High Voltage team, coaches, and volunteers.

The “LEADER” aspect is taken just as seriously. At High Voltage we will participate in numerous community activities throughout the year. Athletes and their families are encouraged to assist with food drives, toy donations, and in various parades and charity events. Our athletes will appreciate that they are role models for others and will be expected to act accordingly.
