We are excited to announce that the 2017 YCADA SGVJAA Course is available!
The course has been updated to reflect all 2017/18 YCADA rules and score sheets as well as new SGVJAA forms and policies. This course will give you everything you need to know to coach SGVJAA Youth Cheer & Dance! It's full of charts, forms, photos and videos. This course is mandatory for all head coaches each year.
We can't wait for you to check it out! Let's talk about some of the things you need to know before you register...
| HELPFUL TIPS FOR REGISTERING & TAKING THE COURSE |
Please remember the following so you can avoid common mistakes:
- Avoid Typos - Be careful when entering your email address and other info.
- Past Course Users - If you're asked to log in, you've created an Active account in the past.
- Retrieve Passwords - If you can't remember, click on the "Forgot Password" link.
- Save Your Login Info - You'll need your email username and password for future use.
- One Email Per Coach - Every coach must use a different email to register for the course.
- Pay Per Person - Every coach must pay with a credit card, there is no Group Pay option.
- Immediate Confirmation - You should receive an email within 5 minutes of registering.
- Didn't Get an Email? - Check your spam folder or you entered your email wrong.
- No Pop Up Blockers - Turn them off or you'll have trouble logging into the course.
- Required Info - You must know your league, team name and role in order to register.
- Save Your Answers - Always push "Save" after every quiz to save your progress.
- Save Your Certificate - Always print or screen shot a copy when you finish.
REALLY IMPORTANT! 
All NEW City Coordinators must take the course.
Returning City Coordinators only that have taken the 1st and 2 Competitive course are exempt this year from the YCADA course.
ALL OTHER COACHES DO HAVE TO TAKE THE COURSE.
- 1st year with our program the beginners course.
- 2nd year the competitive course.
- 3rd or more years, they will take the 1st course again, it has changed.

How do I download the YCADA Rules & Score Sheets for SGVJAA?
Go to http://www.ycada.org. Click on the link “YCADA Rules/Score Sheets” under Quick Links on the left-hand side. You’ll be asked to create an account to access rules/score sheets or you can log in if you already have a YCADA website account. Once logged in, look for the PDF packet specifically for San Gabriel Valley Jr. All American (SGVJAA) teams.
How do I ask a rules question?
All rules questions will be funneled through YCADA. Click here to ask a question!
Does YCADA offer other courses?
