There are 3 sets of guidelines that govern official Little League play at Western LL
GREEN BOOK
This book covers all the basics of Little League: rules, ages, gear, fields, etc. Every manager is given a copy of the official Little League rule book...known as the "Green Book". We don't have extras of these, as they are provided to us with our charter, and we only get enough for staff, and team managers. Extras can be bought online.
ANNUAL BY LAWS
Leagues have the option to implement changes on the official Green Book. The WLL Board members adjusts these rules
annually. We submit these rules to the district so that they understand how we are operating.
The 2009 By Laws were last updated on April 6th, and are available below.
OFFICIAL MEMO
Periodically, Little League will release memos that are adjustments from the "Green Book". These cover any last minute adjustments they want implemented. We'll post those as they come in.

Official LL Memo: All bats need to have BPF rating of 1.15 printed on them to be legal. Some bats were allowed to be used without this rating, but only for 2009.
