MHS Boosters / Auction for Athletics
We are pleased to announce some exciting changes to the 7th Annual Molalla High School Booster Club Auction for Athletics. This year's auction has been moved to the fall, scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the Farmstead Restaurant at Arrowhead Golf Club. The auction is once again being organized and operated by volunteers from the Molalla High School Booster Club and the Molalla High School Athletics Department. "United...we will make a difference."
The proceeds from this auction will directly provide financial support and assistance to all Molalla High School athletics, to supplement special needs and lessen the burden of individual sport fundraising. Donations from last year's auction enabled us to assist with funding for the new Softball Complex, which was a part of the 2008/09 4A Oregon High School Facilities Remodel award. In addition, we were able to provide financial assistance to almost 20 families whose student athletes might not otherwise have been able to afford to participate in high school athletics, helped sponsor all-star selections and national tournament participants. We also offer two $500 scholarships annually to graduating senior athletes who will be continuing their education. "Invest in our youth's future...MHS athletics."
We invite you to help us through your continued support of this event. There are many opportunities for you to help make this auction successful such as donating items for our oral and silent auction, cash donations, gift certificates...MHS Auction for Athletics / Donor Information Form and/or MHS Auction for Athletics / Sponsorships and attending the auction...MHS Auction for Athletics / Tickets and Dinner Purchase Form. If you should have questions or would like to arrange a pick-up of a donated item, please contact one of the representatives listed on the MHS Auction for Athletics / Donation Letter.
Molalla High School Boosters recognize and appreciate your willingness to support our athletes and their endeavors toward excellence, especially in these difficult financial times. In return, we encourage all of our members and participants to utilize your products and/or services as much as possible. Thank you for considering this request and for making a difference.
