(This is the area where we can always use the most volunteers.)

Maintain concession inventory, accurate accounting of income and expenses, line up volunteers to help cover the stand especially for big events such as parade, all-star game, etc.

Solicit companies for team sponsorships by sending letters, and any other means necessary, have forms available during registration for additional sponsorships and provide sponsorship information to Executive board, age group commissioners, uniform coordinator, and website administrator.

Oversee fundraisers including restaurant nights, t-shirt sales and Claire's Gourmet.

Parade Coordinator:  Tina Ignatz tinarussoignatz@yahoo.com

Responsible for obtaining parade permit, obtaining participants for the parade, contacting fire and police department, purchase food and supplies needed for players, line up volunteers to help.
