The higher seeded team will be the HOME team.
Home team is responsible for Umpires & Balls (2 UMPS are required per game).
If a Team can't play on the given date, then they forfeit.

Plan ahead for your next game (assume a win and arrange fields, umps, times with opposing teams. It's always easier to cancel then setup at last minute).
